Welcome Dog Trainer Zach!

We’ve added to the leadership at George & Friends dog training. Meet Zach. Zach grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and his first two dogs were a (1) a 120 pound Doberman Pinscher and (2) a rare, spirited, Large Münsterländer.

In addition to many years growing up and training his own family dogs, Zach has completed over 700 hours of professional training with Risa and on his own. He is now Speak! certified as a dog trainer in Oregon.

Zach’s early experience led to his passion for animals. When asked, he says his time raising a Belgian Shepherd (Groenendael), a pure-bred German Shepherd, and a mixed husky/shepherd breed dog named George made him want to become a dog trainer.

Loving animals and science all of his life, Zach is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge.

“How can I help?”, that’s what Zach wants to know. Well, one of the ways he can help you is with a home or location visit to help you practice between lessons. He is also available via e-mail to answer questions.

After a lesson, Zach will send out a follow up email with practice sheets and other information that was talked about during the lesson.

George and all of his furry friends are super excited to welcome Zach into the pack. We hope you will be too!
